Chapter Customizer STL Chapter Bundles are a comprehensive set of STL files that contain all the Doors, Icons and Shoulderpads you’ll need to deck your army out in style.
· Files are provided in an unsupported version, for your convenience. Create your own support frames to suit your particular printer.
· Files are provided “as is” and have been tested. We cannot guarantee that STL files are optimized for every software system or 3D printer. We are not obligated or able to provide tech support for files used on your particular printer.

Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will pack the goods according to our precise and exact specifications. The goods you send us are checked thoroughly and secured properly prior to shipping. It is important to note that orders with more than one item are given a processing time according to the item.

Returns
The inventory is constantly changing and we are unable to fully manage it because several stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The levels of stock can change at any time. Be aware that it is possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.
The policy is 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since the date you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
